For me, baking is a labor of love, but also a science.

I only use ingredients that are quality, never cheap substitutes.
After all, what good is a beautiful cake that doesn't taste as good as it looks?
I love creating sugar art and learning new culinary techniques that I can utilize in cake baking and design.
